Official Rules for MISS SKY’S 2023 HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY

• For the purposes of the terms and Rules, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refers to **Sky’s Inspirations LLC** whose YouTube handle is @MissSky86. “Participant” refers to the YouTube user that is choosing to participate in the Giveaway “Miss Sky’s 2023 Holiday Giveaway”. The “Prize” refers to **(1) $50 Amazon.com eGift Card**.
• No Entry Fee, the Giveaway is FREE to enter. No Purchase Necessary 
• The Prize is (1) $50 Amazon.com eGift Card
• The Giveaway opens on TUESDAY at 7:30 PM EST on 12/19/2023 and closes  on TUESDAY at 5:00 PM EST on 01/02/2024. All entries must be completed by 5:00 PM EST
• By entering this Giveaway “Miss Sky’s 2023 Holiday Giveaway” the participant  agree to be bound to the terms of the Official Rules
• To enter, participant must (1) Subscribe to the Youtube channel Miss Sky’s Inspirations (2) like the Youtube video DIY: (How I built my outdoor cat shelter then Find out how to get a chance to win a ‘$50 Amazon.com eGift Card) and (3) Comment the word “NAP” and what kind of content you’re most interested to see in the comment section of the Youtube video (DIY: How I built my outdoor cat shelter then Find out how to get a chance to win a ‘$50 Amazon.com eGift Card) 
• 1 Entry per user 
• Participants must be 18 years old or older at time of their entry
• Replies are not counted as entry, direct comments to the video only
• Giveaway is only available to US residents 
• The winner will be chosen randomly with a YouTube comment picker on TUESDAY at 5:00 PM EST on 01/02/2024
• The winner will be posted to the Description section of Youtube video (DIY: How I built my outdoor cat shelter then Find out how to get a chance to win a ‘$50 Amazon.com eGift Card)  by 7:30 PM EST on 01/02/2024. Winner will also be announced on a video “Miss Sky’s 2023 Holiday Giveaway Winner” that will post on 01/02/2024 by 6:00 PM EST
• The winner must contact us by email contact@skysinspirations.com to claim their prize.
• How we will validate the winner: After the winner emails us, we will email the winner a Keyword. The winner MUST edit their comment with the provided keyword. This will validate the winner.
• If the winner does not respond or validate their comment as instructed within 2 weeks they will be disqualified and a new winner will be randomly chosen.
• Once the winner is successfully validated, the prize ‘ (1) $50 Amazon.com eGift Card’ will be emailed to the winner
• We will not be held liable if the named Prize becomes unavailable, cannot be fulfilled, or cannot be used
• We will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. We take no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Our liability under or in connection with the Giveaway or these terms and rules shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, We shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and rules, the Giveaway or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and Us and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, We reserve the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
• Any information collected will be used for the sole purpose of delivering the prize to the winner. Information such as email and mailing address will be requested and shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, We reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway or these terms and rules, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• Your YouTube Username will be published on the Youtube video’s description (DIY: How I built my outdoor cat shelter then Find out how to get a chance to win a ‘$50 Amazon.com eGift Card) and On the new Youtube video Titled “Miss Sky’s 2023 Holiday Giveaway Winner” posted by 6:00 PM EST on 01/02/2024
• If the winner has not followed the rules of the giveaway and YouTube community guidelines they will be disqualified (YouTube community guidelines: https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/policies/community-guidelines/  )
• Our decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Records of all interactions between participants and Us regarding this giveaway will be kept indefinitely for legal protection 
• This giveaway is not affiliated or sponsored by YouTube in any way. We are solely responsible for the giveaway  and delivering the giveaway to the winner.
